2005-2007 Youth Community Center, Plaino (UD)

New construction of the youth community center in Plaino di Pagnacco

In a rapidly growing urban area, the need emerged to create a new gathering space capable of hosting the many activities of the local community. The complex was built near the village church and designed with a form reminiscent of an embrace, inviting people to meet and share the space.
Inside, conference rooms, offices and social areas are arranged across three levels (two above ground). Changing rooms and sanitary facilities serve the nearby sports fields, parks and public event areas.
The building is characterized by a white marble façade cladding combined with white lime plaster, giving the architecture a sense of elegance and monumentality.
