Typological conservation of a historic building for apartments and offices

The imposing building stands out for its elegant and restrained character within the historic centre of Udine.
The intervention involved the restoration of the external façades and the complete redevelopment of the interiors, creating three bright apartments — including duplex units — together with spacious and airy open-space office areas.
Elegant and minimal finishes were achieved through the use of Piasentina stone, natural wood, glass and lime-based plasters in line with local tradition.
