Construction of a CasaClima Class “A” Single-Family Villa

The project involves the construction of a CasaClima Class A certified single-family villa, developed over three levels — a basement and two above-ground floors — and designed through a careful analysis of the client’s lifestyle. Daily habits, ways of using the home and aesthetic preferences guided the spatial layout and functions, resulting in fully bespoke solutions.

The architecture adopts a contemporary, minimalist language, with a more private street-facing façade featuring limited openings, while the inner side opens generously toward the garden through large south-facing glazed surfaces. The layout and window design stem from a detailed study of natural light, ventilation and visual connections, ensuring high levels of comfort and spatial quality.

The project also included the design of the outdoor areas, with perimeter fencing and a landscaped park with trees. Particular attention was dedicated to construction detailing: building junctions, finishes, staircases, railings and custom-made furnishings were carefully designed to achieve a cohesive and highly personalized outcome.
