Complete Renovation of an Apartment in Lignano Sabbiadoro

The project involved the complete renovation of a private apartment of approximately 80 sqm in Lignano Sabbiadoro, including a full redesign of the interiors and building systems. The intervention transformed a 1950s dwelling, no longer suited to contemporary needs, into a more functional, comfortable space suitable for year-round use.

The new identity of the apartment is defined by a light, neutral color palette, enhanced by a distinctive chromatic element: a powder-blue feature wall running longitudinally through the apartment, becoming the project’s defining visual signature. The reorganization of spaces optimized surface use and improved overall livability, with particular attention to acoustic performance.

All furnishings were custom-designed, avoiding standard solutions to ensure aesthetic coherence and maximum functional efficiency.
